Escandinava de Electricidad is looking for a customer assistant to join their team in Barcelona
Escandinava de Electricidad is a Nordic energy supplier, based in Barcelona and has been offering electricity to companies and individuals throughout Spain, since 2008. Escandinava de Electricidad promotes transparency, ethics, functionality and ecology in their actions and are working every day to make electricity more easily understandable.
You will be mainly responsible of contacting Nordic customers and prospects in mother language, provide them with requested information and be a generalsupport to the rest of the customers in Spanish.
- Telephone, e-mail and chat
- Answer and solve customer queries in timely and in due form
- Full responsibility over an assigned e-mail account or contact channel
- Follow up any open issue until satisfactory solution for both parts
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in use of CRM’s
- Other skills
