Spanish Native Team Lead Inside Sales

Description: Responsible for leading the Inside Sales team, ensuring efficient lead qualification, account management, and proactive customer engagement. Drives team performance, provides coaching, and oversees the management, growth, and maintenance of C&D classified accounts while ensuring seamless collaboration with Field Sales and Marketing. Balances individual sales responsibilities with leadership duties to optimize team productivity and achieve business objectives.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring that sales goals, customer engagement metrics, and CRM accuracy are met.
  • Provide guidance on lead qualification, account management (C&D accounts), and customer engagement strategies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to drive skill development.
  • Act as the key liaison between Inside Sales, Field Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Track and analyze team performance, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Ensure that all leads, opportunities, and customer interactions are accurately logged in the CRM.
  • Together with the Inside Sales Manger, help implementing and refining workflows to improve lead conversion, account management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Report key performance metrics to Inside Sales Management and recommend actions to optimize results.

Competencies: Sales & Customer Engagement: Strong ability to qualify, nurture, and convert leads through direct sales efforts. Experience in outbound calling, email outreach, and virtual sales meetings. CRM & Data Management: Proficiency in CRM platforms for lead registration, tracking, and reporting. Ability to analyze customer data and insights for targeted sales activities. Business & Process Knowledge: Understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation strategies, and account management. Ability to align lead qualification efforts with business objectives and customer needs. Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and persuade prospects. Ability to work cross-functionally with digital marketing and field sales. Leadership & Coaching: Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing Inside Sales team. Strong leadership skills to drive accountability, performance, and team engagement. Experience in setting and tracking team KPIs, coaching individuals, and optimizing sales processes.

Experience and education: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in inside sales or a related role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while managing a team. Experience in CRM platforms and digital sales tools. Background in B2B sales, customer engagement, and account management (C&D segment preferred).Prior experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
