Artificial Intelligence is currently on the agenda for most managers and leaders. Does your organization have a clear strategy for adoption and use of Aritficial Intelligence? Have you already started, or are you still in the planning and evaluation stage?
In this session Professor Sampsa Samila will adress the challenges many companies face in choosing the right technology platform to build relevant AI capabilities, and the importance of aligning the organizational structure and the business model.
