Swedish Native Inside Sales Representative

Description: Responsible for managing and qualifying inbound and outbound leads, driving customer engagement, and supporting sales growth through proactive outreach. Additionally, accountable for the management, growth, and maintenance of C&D classified accounts, ensuring continuous business development and customer satisfaction. Ensures that potential and existing customers receive high-quality support, product education, and seamless service throughout the sales funnel.

Main Responsibility:

  • Research, identify, qualify, and register potential leads into the CRM system.
  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and digital channels to drive conversions.
  • Qualify prospects from self-registration and self-payment user flows, ensuring they are guided toward the right sales path.
  • Manage and develop C&D classified accounts, ensuring retention, repeat business, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Promote online sales channels and encourage customer adoption of self-service options.
  • Work collaboratively with Field Sales, ensuring that high-potential leads and opportunities are properly assigned and nurtured.
  • Ensure master data management within CRM, including lead tracking, sales updates, and customer interactions.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture them to conversion.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, reporting key KPIs and progress toward targets.
  • Execute targeted outreach initiatives for C&D accounts, ensuring ongoing engagement and maximizing potential revenue.
  • Serve as the co-owner of all accounts, ensuring efficient customer service and collaboration with Field Sales when required.

Competencies: Sales & Customer Engagement: Strong ability to qualify, nurture, and convert leads through direct sales efforts. Experience in outbound calling, email outreach, and virtual sales meetings. CRM & Data Management: Proficiency in CRM platforms for lead registration, tracking, and reporting. Ability to analyze customer data and insights for targeted sales activities. Business & Process Knowledge: Understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation strategies, and account management. Ability to align lead qualification efforts with business objectives and customer needs. Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and persuade prospects. Ability to work cross-functionally with Digital Marketing, Field Sales and Customer Care.

Experience and education: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach. Experience in CRM platforms and digital sales tools. Background in B2B sales, customer engagement, or eCommerce is a plus.
